[ Character Design/Adoptable T.o.S ]
If you break any of my T.o.S, you are susceptible to being warned and/or blacklisted depending on the offense.1) I retain all rights to the design and any artworks I've made alongside it. NEVER remove my credit even if you alter the design.
DO NOT delete the character's toyhouse profile either.
If you do not wish to have a toyhouse account then I will just keep the character's profile on my account marked as owned by you.
2) You can alter the design as long as it retains more than half of the original. This includes but is not limited to: Gender, Hair styles, Clothing, Color scheme, etc. Ask if you are unsure.
3) Adopts bought from me using money are allowed for resale. Can only be resold for the same price you bought it for or less. The only time you can sell it for more than original price is if you paid for commissions. Art made by yourself/current owner will not alter the value/price of the design.
4) If you purposefully sell/gift any of my designs to those in my blacklist you will also be automatically blacklisted.
5) Payment Plans and Holds are negotiable and preferrably
discussed before/during offer timeframe.
(Not after I accept your offer)
All examples of holds/payment plans are after offer is chosen:
Holds with no downpayment: Max 2 weeks.
Holds with one downpayment: Max 3 weeks.
Payment Plans less than $100: 3 weeks max.
Payment Plans less than $400: 3 months max.
Payment Plans over $400: Can be discussed further.
6) If you offered art for an adopt;
As an add-on: As long as you have paid the initial/overall monetary offer, you have up to 1 year of finishing whatever art you offered.
As a lone offer: You have up to 4 months to finish whatever art you offered unless stated/discussed beforehand.

I only work with people over 18+ unless stated otherwise.

1) I will not work with any of the following consumers/content;
- Prejudicial, bigoted, discriminatory content i.e racism, homophobia, transphobia (I'm a queer trans nd artist like come on guys).
- NSFW/Extreme fetishes i.e pedophilia, lolicon/shotacon, scat/other bodily fluids, rape, cheating/netorare, beastiality, etc.
- NFT and Ai/Ai 'art' supporters/users.
- Supporters of KICK, 'X' ceo, 'pro-lifers', anti-feminism.
TL;DR : Problematic content and needless drama is not welcome here.
2) None of my creations/works are allowed for NFT and Ai usage.
This includes but is not limited to: Works being scrapped/stolen for NFTs and Ai model training, used for marketing, etc.
3) I retain all rights to my works and can freely use them for anything/anywhere (i.e merchandise, marketing, etc.).
Privacy/NDA MUST be discussed before business is conducted.
4) As of right now, I only take payment via:
- PayPal, Ko-fi, Venmo, Zelle
5) Commercial Rights Usage are an extra payment and must be discussed before you attempt doing anything in that field.
Can be discussed even after business/project was finished.
Price will vary but minimum is usually +200% of original price.
What can fall under Commercial Rights Usage:
- Adveritising/Marketing using my work, Merchandise (re)production, Mascot, Monetized streaming, Monetized/For-profit projects i.e comics, games, etc. PLEASE ASK BEFORE GOING FURTHER!
6) Reposting and unauthorized usage of my works without permission is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to:
- Roleplaying i.e icons, character designs, etc.
- YouTube thumbnails, YouTube videos, articles/posts, etc.
Please always ask permission beforehand.
